Welcome to Rokeya Ghor. By accessing our website, placing an order, or communicating with us (including through WhatsApp), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
2. Products, Pricing and Availability
All prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). We make every effort to display products and colors accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen shows them exactly. Prices, descriptions, and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors and to cancel orders affected by such errors, with a full refund.
3. Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order, whether through our website checkout or by sending a pre-filled WhatsApp message, is an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we confirm and accept your order. We may refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock availability, suspected fraud, or errors.
4. Payment and Taxes
Payment is due at the time of order, using the payment methods offered at checkout or as agreed in our WhatsApp confirmation. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Applicable sales tax is collected in accordance with US state and local law.
5. Shipping, Returns and Exchanges
Shipping is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, and returns and exchanges by our Return & Exchange Policy (including the 30-day return window). These policies are incorporated into these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights you have under applicable state or federal law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rokeya Ghor will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
